Wagering

• A wagering requirement defines how many times you must wager the bonus (and sometimes deposit) amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
  
  Example: A 40x wagering requirement on a $10 bonus means you must wager $400 ($10 x 40) before withdrawing.
• All bonuses and Free Spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before withdrawal.
• Deposit bonuses require wagering on the total deposit + bonus amount, whereas no-deposit bonuses apply wagering only to the bonus amount.
• Real-money casino bets are deducted from your balance first before bonus money is played.
• If a bonus is redeemed with a deposit, both the deposit and bonus amount will be combined into your playable balance and subject to wagering requirements. During this period, real-money and bonus bets will be deducted from the playable balance until wagering is complete. Once completed, any remaining funds become withdrawable.
• Bonuses are not cumulative. If you have an active bonus, you must complete or cancel it before claiming a new one. Some bonuses may require Customer Support assistance for cancellation.

Bonus (Playable Balance)

• Bonuses are playable funds that must meet wagering requirements before being converted to withdrawable balance.
• A matched deposit bonus adds a percentage of extra bonus funds to your deposit.
  
  Example: A 100% bonus on a $20 deposit, grants a $20 bonus, totalling $40 in playable balance.

Cash (Withdrawable Balance)

• Occasionally, players may receive cash offers (with or without a requirement of a deposit).
• Cash offers have no wagering requirements, but must be played at least once to convert to withdrawable balance.

Restrictions

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.

Casino Discretion

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activities may result in the forfeiture of bonuses, associated Loyalty Points, and any related winnings. Additionally, such actions can lead to the suspension or termination of your account.
• “Bonus Abuse” includes, but is not limited to:
