3. Opening an Account
3.1 To play and wager real money with Spin Grande, you must be at least 18 years of age (or above the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction), reside in a location where online gambling is not prohibited by law, and complete the account registration process as specified on www.spingrande.com (“Website”).
3.2 You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 We take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains secure and confidential. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4. Acceptance of Terms

4.1.2 This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Spin Grande governing your use of our services.
5. Placing a Wager
5.1 We accept wagers on games listed on our Website. All wagers are subject to the rules applicable to each game and these Terms. In the event of a system error or malfunction, all affected wagers may be voided.
5.2 You are responsible for all actions under your username and password. Keep these credentials secure and out of reach of others, especially minors.
5.3 All wagers are logged in our transaction database, which is considered the final and binding record.
6. Conditions of Use
6.1 By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or above the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
- You are not depositing money originating from illegal sources.

6.2 We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, void winnings, or withhold balances if:
- Registration details do not match payment method credentials.
- Fraud or cheating is suspected.
- A payment is charged back.
- Verification information is not provided after 6 months of notification.
- You are underage.
- You access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Funds originate from criminal or unauthorized sources.
- Software bugs, bots, or collusion are used.
- Another individual uses your account.
6.3 We reserve the right to:
- Refuse account registrations.
- Refuse any wager.
- Modify games and tournaments.
- Conduct credit and background checks.
- Remove player balances if the account has been inactive for 180 days.
6.4 We handle all complaints seriously. Unresolved issues may be referred to an independent arbitrator.
7. Intellectual Property and Software
7.1 All intellectual property, including software, logos, trademarks, content, and multimedia on the Website is owned by Spin Grande or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any intellectual property without prior written consent.
7.3 We grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our software. Upon termination, this licence is automatically revoked.
7.4 The software is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or immunity from viruses. In the event of a system error, affected wagers may be voided and winnings cancelled. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the actual win or €10,000.
8. Settlement of Transactions and Withdrawal Policy
8.1 You are responsible for paying all owed amounts. You agree not to initiate chargebacks and accept liability for associated costs if you do.
8.2 Winnings will be credited to your account. In the event of erroneous credits, we reserve the right to reverse transactions.
8.3 You are responsible for any taxes on winnings.
8.4 Identity verification documents may be required before processing withdrawals.
8.5 First withdrawals may be processed within 24 hours, though this is not guaranteed.
8.6 The minimum deposit is €20 or currency equivalent.
8.7 Weekly withdrawal limits for VIP players are capped at €2,000 unless agreed otherwise.
8.8 We aim to process payments using your preferred method but reserve the right to use an alternative where necessary.
8.9 The minimum withdrawal amount via bank transfer is $100. A processing fee of up to $40 may apply. We recommend checking applicable fees before submitting your withdrawal request.
8.10 Amounts below the withdrawal threshold will roll over until the minimum is met.
8.11 Deposits must be wagered in full before requesting a withdrawal.
8.12 A deposit of at least €20 is required to initiate a withdrawal.
9. Disclaimers and Specific Warnings
9.1 Accessing or using the Website in jurisdictions where it is illegal is strictly prohibited. Compliance with local laws is your responsibility.
10. Dormant Account Policy
10.1 After 5 months of inactivity, we will notify you via email. If no activity occurs within 1 month, dormant account procedures will apply.

12. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
12.1 We may request verification documents at any time and especially during withdrawal requests. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

- Funds used are not derived from criminal activity.
- You will provide requested documentation when asked.

13. Refund Policy
13.1 Deposits that have been wagered are non-refundable. Only remaining balances may be considered.
13.2 Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The eventual decision is final and not eligible to appeal.
